Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have registered your order in our system and have begun the order fulfillment process.
Order tracking
You will receive your tracking code in your email within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.

If the last order date is before 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00), processing is completed the same day:
Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)
Shipping time: 4-7 days (Mon-Sat)
Shipping costs
We cover Shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Delayed orders
If the maximum order processing and shipping time has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to two additional working days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you accepted your package, but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (e.g., the wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the problem, briefly explain what's wrong and contact us with your order number.
